Being vegan is a challenge for everybody, but especially for people who don't like cooking, or who don't know how to. As one of those people, I am always on the search for modified vegan recipes So here are the 3 easiest vegan recipes I have EVER tried.

 Peanut Butter Ramen

Ingredients:
  • Plain Ramen Noodles
  • 1 tbsp of Peanut Butter
  • Soy Sauce
  • Siracha
  • Lime (optional)

Instructions:
  1. Cook your noodles for 3 minutes. If you go over that time, your noodles will be kind of gooey.
  2. When done boiling, drain the excess water.
  3. Add the peanut butter first, so that it can melt easier onto the noodles.
  4. Now you can add the soy sauce and sriracha.
  5. Finally, squirt a little lime on top.
