6 Natural Products Every Organic Girl Should Know About

 Did you know that the best products for your skin are usually the ones you find in your cabinet? Seriously, the spices and foods that you buy at the grocery store can give way better results than the $30 facial cleaner you bought at Sephora the other day. Here are a few of my favorite natural, organic skin care products.





1. Apple Cider Vinegar 


This is my new favorite product because I have a significant amount of acne scars this summer. So I use apple cider vinegar once in the morning and at night, and I have surprisingly gotten significant results in a week. Not only can it lighten up acne scars, but its anti-inflammatory properties also help soothe breakouts. It can even prevent clogging up pores, but first, you have to get past the smell.




2. Milk


Thanks to the lactic acid in milk, our favorite source of calcium is also great for lightening up those pesky acne scars. It can also help with plumping your skin and gently removing dead skin cells.


3. Sugar


Sugar can be used for skin exfoliation and cleaning. It’s my personal favorite ingredient because it’s neither too rough or too gentle for my skin. Add a little water or one of your favorite oils to create a paste, then message.



4. Honey


Honey is very popular for its anti-bacterial and healing properties.So it’s the perfect ingredient for a homemade acne face mask.


5. Oats  


Oats are perfect for gently exfoliating sensitive skin. Add water, and aloe vera to make a soothing paste. Then massage into skin.



6. Lemon Juice


Lemons are another one of those skin lightening foods so you can use the juice as a toner. It can also cleanse that super shined oily skin.

These are all the best natural products that have done wonders for my skin, but there are so many other natural products out there that might do even better for yours. Experiment and explore, you never know what you might find!
